Enron’s former executives Ken Lay was found guilty on all counts and Jeffery Skilling was found guilty on 18 counts. Each of these guys may spend the rest of their lives in jail, but then again they may get a simple sentence.

Yahoo and Ebay are joining together to face off against Google and MSN. Yahoo will begin putting ads on Ebay and they will also add Paypal to their list of features. I imagine Skype owned by Ebay will somehow work in the deal too.

Google and Dell also have joined together as Dell will pre-install some of Google’s features on Dell computers. Look for Microsoft’s Internet Explorer to be replaced with a Google Firefox browser.

Mastercard (MA) has just went public on the New York Stock Exchange and the shares have already risen more then 15 percent to 45.50 in its first day. Too bad this can’t be said for Vonage (VG) as it started at 14.69 and has taken a drop from there.

Bank of China has raised $9.7 billion as this IPO gains the interest of many from around the world. Billionaire Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal has made a $2 billion investment in this bank. This IPO is the largest in six years.
