Prioritized List Advertising for Real Estate Investors

As a real estate investor, you should create different lists to promote to. This is because your message to the different industries who may be interested in your property will need to be different. In other words, you will need to connect with these people by saying what they want to hear. When you do this you will create interest in reacting to you because you have said something that they wanted to hear.

Once you have created these lists you are going to want to send them a series of direct mailings via letters and postcards. The key here is to get them to open and read your mail. Large companies use every trick in the book to do this and you can use these tricks too because the real estate market is being bombarded today. After all, if your prospect will not open your mailing, then there is no way that they are going to call you, because they do not know that you exist or have anything to offer them. However, the more effective your mailings are, the greater your business will do.

Spending some time learning about direct mailings is worth your effort. You should especially look into such things as “mimicking” and “embedded commands.” They are powerful techniques that you can use to persuade a seller to take the action you desire. It may take a while to perfect this but once you do you will make all of the money that you have spent in learning these things back.
